A cycling tour through Leipzig
This is a new way to explore our city – sporty and informative.
You will see all the important sights, beautiful architecture as well as our stadium “Red Bull Arena” and the Monument of the Battle of Nations.
No matter if you forget to bring your own bike along, as you can rent one.

A cycling tour to the south – New Lake Area
It’s quite an interesting way to discover the area to the south of Leipzig where the open cast mining areas of the past are being changed to a new recreational and lake area.
We ride through a forest to Lake Cospuden with its romantic sailboat marina, continuing riding west to Lake Markkleeberg with its site for white-water canoe racing. From there you have a view to the gigantic old mining machinery.
Then we go on to Lake Störmthal with “Vineta” for a pot luck dinner.
On our way back we pass “Schloss Güldengossa” and the church ruins in Wachau.
No matter if you forget to bring your own bike along, as you can borrow one.
